Three prominent speakers will present a comprehensive assessment of the national and regional economy, as well as the outlook for the residential and commercial real estate markets in the New York region and the nation.
A wide variety of issues will be discussed. They will give a macro economic forecast and educate the audience on market forces shaping the economy, the US recession status by region, TARP?s effectiveness, outlook for employment, availability of debt and equity and many other important indicators influencing economic growth.
They will also discuss the current status of the residential and commercial markets in the New York metropolitan area and in the nation and provide a perspective on the re-pricing of real estate, distressed sales, performance by sector, projected future performance over the next 12 to 24 months, risks and opportunities for all property types and much more.
