Candidate for joint BS/MBA, 2011, Fordham University
Prior to enrolling at Fordham Daniel worked in sales, mortgage securitization, residential and mixed use development, green building, affordable housing, acquisitions, and law. Most recently he has performed a case study project on sustainable interior renovation of multi-family housing for the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA). Additionally, he is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York State, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
