Candidate for joint BS/MBA, 2011, Fordham University
Prior to enrolling at Fordham Daniel has worked in sales, mortgage securitization, residential and mixed use development, green building, affordable housing, acquisitions, and law. Most recently he has performed a case study project on sustainable interior renovation of multi-family housing for the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA). Additionally, he is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York State, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
